Tranny Oil at -30 Degrees - WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE ???

My son uses a MH333 to move snow and a couple of years ago we put in 80W90 which we thought would be OK in the winter. Problem is when its minus 30 degrees it takes forever to warm things up and it's cold sittin' out there until the thing gets useable. What should we be using for the tranny/differential oil that'd be better (and still OK for the summer?).
