before you jump into a belarus or long take a look at a kubota, There an honest tractor and little cheaper than the big three make's and just as reliable, You might be able to pick up a 25 hp diesel, 4wd for the same price as the long tractor. And you can get parts for them, Just a thought. Heck im thinking of getting a 40 hp 4wd kubota, can't find a ford or jd under $20,000 around here but can find a kubota.
