I think everybody neads to learn to read. It is all about if you are in a parade and you decide if it is no longer to your advantage to continue that you should be able to drop out at any time for any reason. IT IS NOT UP TO THE COPS to decide if you finnish a parade or not. He was at the point he needed to get someplace else instead of being stuck in a parade that would have lasted who knows how much longer or how much farther he would have been away from where he needed to be. JUST THINK OF IT LIKE THIS, IF YOU WERE IN THAT PARADE AND YOU GOT A CALL ON YOUR CELL PHONE THAT YOUR WIFE HAD A HEART ATACK AND WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL AND IF YOU COULD PULL OUT OF THE PARADE AND HEAD STRAIGHT FOR THE HOSPITAL OR IF YOU HAD TO FINNISH THE PARADE WHILE SHE WAS DYING BECAUSE OF SOME COP INSISTING YOU FINNISH THE PARADE EVEN IF IT WOULD MEAN A 2 HOUR DELAY IN YOU GETTING TO THE HOSPITAL!!! I think there should be a big lawsuit over it because the COPS OVERSTEPPED there athority. What they were atempting to do was amount to kidnaping!!!!
