My wife just made stuffed peppers using sweet green & red peppers. She stuffs them with rice & ground meat then cooks them in tomato soup. They're good with Italian bread. Hal PS: Here's a Citron in my garden my nephew is going to make preserves out it in October. Its about the size of a basketball now. My late mom made preserves from them too and we ate it on hot biscuits.
