I bought a 1966 3000 about a year ago, because it had power steering and a front loader on it. The steering quit. What I mean, you turn the wheel and nothing happens. I broke down the steering box and found no grease and everything trashed. My Ford dealer says that it was an add-on unit and we could not find a name. It was cut into a manuel steering system. It is using a Char-lynn power assist unit, but the char-lynn people say that they only made the power assist unit and not the conversion unit. The only name on the system is Cam Gear. Help, you all tried a couple a weeks ago to help me maybe you can help more now. The machine shop I took it to about two months ago is not sure they can remake the non ford upper race for it. I really need your help or santa's help on this one. I will be out of town for a couple of days, if I don't get back to you right away, I will when I get home. AJ
