You guys are a hoot! You want to blame a tractor for the ignorance of an operator...Too Funny! An N tractor is no more 'dangerous' than any other old piece of iron. In fact, my 8N is a darn sight more stable on hills than my tricycle Farmall H. The PTO should never be used without an ORC, just like any other old tractor without live PTO. As for overheating?...I am stumped...If an N overheats, you have a problem. Fix it. The N cooling systems are so oversized for the engines it is almost comical. Thanks for letting me know that Bonnie 8N and I can't cut any more alder thickets. We were near done our 8 acres anyway...
