Many use a cure/sealer and put it on as soon as you can walk on it with a sprayer. Problem with it is that gas will dissolve it later and oil will absorb into the concrete too. If you want a true sealer don't use the cure/sealer as the true chemical resistant sealers require to be put on bare concrete and if sealed before that will have to be removed. My floors had cure/sealer on them and the road salt dripping off the cars is eating up the floor. So depending on your end use you may be better off keeping it wet for several days, cover with burlap and/or plastic ? will help keep it wet too so it can slow cure. Then top seal at a later date after full cure with a really good chemical resistant sealer.
