Yesterday on my way to a wedding i was taking some county roads instead of the interstate and came across a threshing show near Pine City Mn. It looked interesting so i figured id stop in today on my way home. I had no camera so i will describe the best i can from memory, hopefully someone will know what it was. It was a Mccormick Deering pull type corn combine, it had a one row head, the shelling unit sat crosswise behind the head and it used a "grain leg" style elevator to move the corn into the bin. The elevator made a large loop and as the bin got full in the back the buckets would push the corn forward to the front. To dump, it looked like the whole side of the bin was hinged on the bottom and the side would fall over to dump into a wagon. I looked it over real good cause i had never seen anything like it. Wish i had taken a camera. Anybody got a guess what it might be?? I figured it to be from the 20,s or 30's.
