Here are some prices from todays auction in Ohio. All John Deere 2 cyl. and all "restored" they were nice , but I could still find some issues with most of them. I am just fussy and like paying more attention to little details compared to most. I was VERY surprised to see the 40-W model sell so cheap compared to other models they made far more of. Maybe they are not well know of only less then 1800 being made.
40-T with WF $4,500 40-V $10,000 40-U $5,100 40-H still original paint $6,600 40-H $12,000 40-S $4,500 40-W $3,000 420-W $4,400 420-H $8,250 phase 1 420-H $15,000 phase 3 320-S $8,700 MT $3,100 L w/cult elect start $4,900 styled D original paint $3,000
