A trick I learned, call your State insurance commissioner and "talk" with them giving your different complaints, then they will tell you on what too say in a written complaint.
" Ins company won't respond too me since ------" bla,bla,etc. Is the one I used, and Hartford was on the phone in a week wanting too know how much too cut the check for.
Ins company's have a very short time to respond too you AFTER a WRITTEN complaint is filed. If they don't, they get there hands slapped really hard. :)
If they ignore a IC request, they go out of business in AZ.
