As said below deal with your insurance company and let them deal with FB. My experiance with them is if all you want is a card to show proof of insurance they are fine, if you want claims service you suddenly turn into a theif that's trying to steal the food out of their mouths.
My BIL kept going on and on about how great they were and got pretty nasty with me when I gave him my opinion on them. They were even a "Farm Bureau Family of the Year" with their picture in the local paper. Then his hog shed burned down with several pure bred hogs that his kids were raising for 4H. He got paid market price for the hogs - to insure "breeding stock" like he had was a writer to the policy so for $800 and $1000 animals he was paid $80 and $90. Didn't matter that he could prove their value - he wasn't supposed to have nice animals on his farm I guess. Mounts up fast when you have 10 of them.
