Not trying to be a wise-guy here, but I-75 doesn't go from Nashville to Chattanooga. However, I-24 does. Monteagle is the long, down-hill run between Nashville & Chattanooga. It was spooky about 20 years ago, but it's a piece of cake today. It's four lanes with guardrails. Observe the speed limit and there's nothing to it.
