I think other years he has gone north into the bush this time of year to hunt moose, although it seems a tad early for that. Other possibility, ...the place he works (Bruce Nuclear Power Co,) fired over 100 workers about 3 weeks ago for using company time for personal computer uses. A lot of people w/25 plus years were severed. Don't know if he was one of them, but even if not, it would tend to make a fellow think twice about computer use at work. A lot of the guys fired were supposedly engineers and such...high paying jobs. Apparently the company warned everyone once and then cleaned house.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
