Wards and Custom are the same they have 4 speed trans with a torque converter in front of it. and timken rear ends with drop axles to slow them down.Lehr and Rochol has 5 speed trans with a gear reduction box attached to the rear of the trans to slow them down and has 1-1/2 or 2 ton truck rear end.Lehr and Rochol have hydraloic brakes not sure about the wards and custom

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
