Karl, That's a good idea. However, there is so much wirebrushing to do on old tractors, I bought a shop grinder and mounted two wirewheels on it, then mounted the whole thing on a portable stand. Now, I have a dedicated 1hp wirewheel to take off old paint (and your nuckles) in a hurry.
