8N tractor engine

Does anyone know a good way to get a cylinder sleeve in an 8N ford engine,,I have tried heat,cold,and light honing,,it has been taken to shops and pressed,,but no matter what the sleeve cracks.It goes almost all the way in then it stops and cracks.If you cant help me figure this out,,,does anyone wanna buy a Ford 8n with a Kelly loader and a full engine rebuild kit,minus one sleeve that is.
