Fat Bob - I just went thru a similar experience on my 550, not 20 screws tho. I had a stuck thermostat needing R&R'ed. What I generally use is PB Blaster. This is a great capillary penatrent (sp) that has help me several times. I generally spray it on, let it soak 1/2 hr., bang on it with a 3lb. sledge then reapply. After that it generally comes loose. Barring that, if possible I apply heat (read torch) and bang. When cooling down I begin backing out. If it gets stuck I let it completely cool and apply PB Blaster. HTH, Shep
