Okay so i came to figure out that my tractor isnt charging at full capacity but it is charging, So what would cause this? the VR? when the battery is unpluged the lights are dim but still on and when i checked it with a bolt meter it was at 12.5 volts which is far off from the 13.6 volts i should have? so whats up with it and how do i tell?
