Bryan,I just freed a tractor engine that sat in a fence line here in canada for over 10 years.There was no breather cap on it and a rusty muffler on it.I tried wd40 for a week with no results,then while at an auction sale a man told me to spray "rust check"in spark plug holes.Within a day I could move the crankshaft back and forth an inch or two.Within 48 hours I could roll the engine over.In canada you get the stuff at "canadian tire" or" tsc" stores. GOOD LUCK!!! William
