goose is probably the most correct here, some guys have wives who hate trators, why they still have the wife is a mystery but by posting a add for the tractor asking 4 or 5 times what the thing is worth he is" trying to sell it" to please the wife, at the same time he gets to keep his tractor, if some fool actually pays his price he can easily replace the tractor, using the phrase, " see i told you i could make money doing this" the wife cant argue that the last one made money and clomps off to leave him alone, then theres the guy who simply thinks old tractors are like old cars on the barrett jackson auction, and are worth 25 times the price of new if they have been "restored" not getting the point that old tractor folks are a completly different kind of people, they do it because they like the old machines for some its the memories of their yonger days some, its theropy after a long day of stress at work its nice to do somethig simple with simpler problems to solve, ect
