I plowed for ten years with my MF-135 and 2x16s (Case plow) at 4 to 5 mph. The old tires had ballast. One split and doused the tractor with calcium chloride, rusted instantly. The new tires have no ballast, but pulled the plow better than the old ballasted ones. Sharp corners on the lugs helped a whole lot.
