I looked and that review is really sales pitch. I wrote a long response a few minutes ago about weight loss and then my browser crashed and I lost it all.
As I reread the original post, I don't recognize the poster and now suspect this is a spam sales message and he even states it is a scam. Therefore no need to recreate my response regarding weight loss unless someone else is interested. It is the same as other diet, increase exercise and reduce calories, not rocket science. It combines a heavy workout with the Atkins diet. Nothing original.

After looking at the crummy high calorie meals from nutrisystem a friend was on, I'm on the Banquet microwave meal diet at 310 +- calories each and only cost a buck a piece at walmart.
