John,there is no right answer,until the task is in hand,procedure cannot be determined.Any bush on my equip.I have had to rework fell well within the range of my collet set,that is why i suddgested what i did.Over tollerenced parts=over priced parts.We are talking old tractors,not rocket science.I am not trying to offened anyone,just offer practical advice.
