If you have any implements for that Ford (540pto) it will not work on that Case (1000pto). If the local farmers do not have a tractor that big it probably means there is no use for a tractor that big, as these tractors are cheap. I suggest you stay in college and learn more about speciality and production agriculture. Agriculture as a business is competative and unforgiving. All I would ask from you is that you know what you want to achieve before you get into it.
