Bring No1 piston near the radiator to TDC on the compression stroke. Hold your thumb over the plug hole until you feel pressure while someone hand cranks the engine. Drop a LARGE handle screwdriver on top of the piston and watch it rise as someone slowly cranks the engine until the screwdiver quits rising. Then remove the cap and see where your rotor is pointing. That will be where your No1 plug wire should be installed. Then install the rest of the wires to their corresponding plug in this firing order: 2-1 4-3 As the rotor rotates CW. Hal
