You sure hit the nail right on the head. Especially about the power thing. If some siblings are not interested in farming, why do they still want to call the shots? As long as you pay them their share of the rent, I dont know why they cannot just stay out of your business and let you do the farming. It is a power thing with them. They want to be important.
