While it is true that Communism has some noble goals and ideas in the areas of true 'equality' for all people it falls short of it's goals and ideas for several reasons. First when you have 'true' equalty you give up the freedom to work and be 'better' yourself to the point that you are better than someone else. In a Communist state the 'wealth' is shared so everyone is truely equal. The second problem rides on the coat tails of the first and that is basic human nature. Most of us want to be better, to do better and we work to achieve that goal. In many cases that pure ethic is put aside in the name of greed. Even worse is that just like in the US right now alot of that greed comes from the 'ruling class' who have been given the 'authority' to take our money...usually by those that are to lazy to work themselves and expect those of us that do work to support them...just like we're doing for the 'ruling class' in DC.
Like I said Communism has some noble ideas and in an ideal world might not be so bad but in our not so ideal world I'll take my Personal Freedom and My Personal Hard Work Ethic any time....and if anyone tries to take it away just remember it can't be taken by force as long as we don't give up our other RIGHTS, specifically the one to own a firearm, to those that challenge us.
