Equipment Brokerage Rates???, whats the going rates

Im trying to find out what dealers, equipemnt brokers are charging and what people consider is fair price for selling and locating equipment?

Im starting a small business for farmers, hobby farmers and any one using agriculture equipemnt. It's going to be a web site where they can sell and have equipment located

What are the rates, the dealers are realy finiky and won't tell me. Is it a flat rate or a percent of the sale price . I would realy appreciate any feed back.
