Brutal? He considers Stalin killing 20 million people and Mao killing "40-70" million people, and Pol Pot killing several million more to be "brutal"? I think brutal is way too mild a word, especially for Mao, when the experts can only agree on a number plus or minus about 15 million murders.

And no, Mao is not one of my favorite philosophers. Guess I"ll never be a "czar" in this administration.
