Now I understand where you are comming from. I admit that all I was doing is sticking up for JD, and trying to see what models you were comparing so I could understand what you were saying. Possibly you have found a problem with some deere tractors, or possibly they were not meant to be pulling something that big. where I live (northern New York) there are very few farms that own equipment that is that big, and if they have equipment that is that big they normaly have a tractor with at least 200 HP pulling it. Even though I like green better; both red and green have some positive things... like the IH turbos are alot betted than the JD onesand the JD cabs and Tranny might be better than the IH ones, ..... really I believe there is no one tractor that is truely better... its all just the perspective you have on them and what you like and dislike about them.
