You still haven't posted info about what is actually wrong with your rear? Those 10 bolt rears are pretty rugged if kept full of oil and not severely overloaded. I've got a 10 bolt rear on a 7000 lb. diesel mini-motorhome and it has 230,000 miles on it. Never had a problem other that having to tighten the preload on the pinion bearings once. More of a problem is finding 15" tires to handle the load -not many around.
Same goes with two diesel 1/2 ton snow plow trucks I've got - and both have over 200K miles on them.
Most 10 bolt failures that I've come across were caused by some bozo trying to change a pinion seal -and then getting the bearing preload too tight. Seems that crush-collar arrangement confuses some people.
I've also seem some that were severely overloaded that ruined axles at the outboard roller-bearing surface.
If all you need are pinion bearings - two bearings and a seal is probably all you need. Most times you don't even need a new crush collar if you're careful.

And, if you are like me, your tractor is under cover, but it sits outside. So with every temperature change, the humidity in the air collects in the fuel tank, in the form of water.
