Bill, there are some real good Practical jokes on this one,,, but maybe this one is tops for Cops, back in the days when speed checks just started, a high way Cop would park on a bridge over looking a Highway below him, and catch many of speeders at night time,
So a few of us, got us a Long Chain, and put cloth in the links so it wouldn't make any noise, and we snuck up behind him real quiet, and put the chain around the real axle of the squad car and attached it to the bridge.
Then one of us would drive really fast on the road under him, and he would take off real fast, only to have the real axle come completely off his car.
talk about funny,,, he didn't park on that bridge after that...
