Geralds math is right on. I came up with 29.2 cents per bushel. Actually some drying charges are on the wet bushels so the drying charge would be a little higher. I averaged a 45 cent drying charge this year on 20.5% corn and about 2 cents per bushel for light test weight. You also didn't say if it was a straight cash sale or not. If you had a dump charge it could have been another 12 to 16 cents per bushel.
So, your charges may be a touch high, but probably not far out of line. Your settlemant sheet should give you a breakdown on the charges.
