Make sure you have the right fluid in the hydraulic system.My Ford 640 had the same problem with 134 fluid in the system.My owners manual called for an 80 or 90 weight GL1 oil.Many Ford owners had no lift at all when they put 134 in the system.CNH reccommended the thin 134,Ford never did.Look at your owners manual and use the oil it specifies.My tractor lifts my cordwood saw at idle.Always had to be reved up to lift with 134.In hot weather there were times when it couldnt lift the saw.
