Yes they do. I used to work for a company that would ship Caterpillar hyd. fittings to Japan and there was a problem with corrosion of the plating on the parts from the salt air. We fixed it by shrink wrapping the crates and putting desiccants in with the parts. I'd say the quickest way to fix condensation problems is to line the inside with foam insulation board and cover that with 3/8" plywood at least. You will need to put in a vent or two. If you have electric close by, you could put in a small vent fan on a timer or something. What are you planning to store in there?
