It gets modified by the 'gooness' of the ground - does it support 150 bu corn, 200 bu corn, or 225 bu corn?
Then, is it in a nice retangle, or is it cut up into odd angles by waterways, houses, or road/ utiliy easements - making it harder to farm & more waste in trying to plant, harvest it.
I'm in MN so can't give you a number, but the above will certainly affect it's value. Here in MN in good corn soybean land I hear $150-325 an acre rent (with extremes on either side of that), so there is some varriation. :)
