Worked with several people that way! One in particular, I worked 2nd shift Perfect worked 3rd. At least twice a month perfect was in Supervisors office complaining I made bad parts. My parts weren't bad, according to Perfect they were. Supervisor would drag me in his office for the speech, I would reply same way every time. lets go check my parts together. No not needed we already checked them. I would ask for the results, same answer from Supervisor we can use them but you need to watch your tolerance better! I would say my parts are in print 3rd shift has a problem. This went on for about 2 years, same thing every time, same results every time. Till the day I was called in the office again, this time it was serious, HR rep was there time for repremand, employee warning the whole 9 yards. You made bad parts again and this cannot continue. Got the whole speech again and was asked to sign the employee warning (pink slip). I smiled and replied didn't do it 3rd shift has a problem. This comment made them mad! Spittin on me mad when they talked! I sat there smiling (they got madder yet) and asked when the parts were made, Supervisor told me the date and I smiled bigger as I pointed to his daily log book showing I was on vacation! Their faces got beet red as I said 3rd shift has a problem! I didn't have trouble with Perfect again!
