One morning the mole family was lounging around in their burrow when Daddy Mole caught a whiff of something that smelled good. He went to mouth of the hole, sniffed, and sure enough he could smell it even better. MMMMMMMMMM, pancakes he said, hey honey come here and smell this. So Mrs Mole went to the mouth of the hole and stuck her nose out and sure enough she smelled something good too. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM bacon and eggs she said. Hey Junior come here. So Junior comes running down the hole and tries and tries to get to the top to stick his nose out but Mr and Mrs mole are still up there enjoying the smell for themselves. So Juniour hollers up to them hey, can ya'll move so I can get up too, 'cause from down here all I can smell is molasses.
