AMEN. Got a similar situation going on one of our farms. It's always been a problem because people access it from the back side where you can not see from the road. We gave permission to the one neighbor he could finish a deer here if it started out on his side. All was good for a lot of years now this fall he has a pack of ATV's running a good 3/4 mile in on us from the line. As much as I want to stay on his good side I am not sure it is worth it. The neighbor (who does not hunt) on the very back end said the other guy has been running the creek for some time (out of season) and the tracks prove it. Bottom line is we have a hard enough time keeping people out but when they can see tracks from the road every moron feels he needs to be there. We do have the property posted at any obvious access point and the sheriff has been notified to throw people off. Again, would like to buy the side neighbors property when it comes up for sale (he talks on and off) but I don't think this fall's crap is worth it.
