Happy Thanksgiving
We have what I consider a pretty traditional day (for old farts my age), the women cook and the men stuff themselves then while they do the dishes we watch football n take naps n belch n fart........ We may play Euchre or shoot some trap after we wake up or smoke a cigar n sip a lil brandy while the women folk powder their noses. GEE AINT LIFE GRAND LOL Then Saturday were invited to another big feast because one of their sons has to work on Thursday n we do it all over again n listen to Deer hunt stories.......Then the next week were goin out to eat Tues night and our Lions club dinner is Wed night...... Im gonna take an extra blood pressure pill and plenty of garlic and fish oil over the holidays......
Im thankful for God, Family, my health n country.
Saw a sign tonight "If youre living like theres no God, you had better hope youre right"
Happy Thanksgiving to all
