Unfortinately, I don't have a picture of the "four cylinder John Deere" but I believe he still has the tractor. My dad lives in Iowa and I live in Montana so I can't just "run over there" and get a picture but I'll see what I can do. We farmed mostly with Farmall's but a lot of our neighbors used John Deeres. I don't remember any true bad feelings about any of them other than the good natured kidding that went on. It worked both ways because I remember a John Deere owning neighbor who kidded us that when he tuned up his John Deere he only had to buy two spark plugs while we with our Oliver 70 had to buy six. My dad is now retired and collects and restores old tractors ( he has about 60) and I know that he has more John Deeres than any other brand. Back to the toy shows. Another thing he did that drew a lot of attention was to add a Wisconsin engine off a baler, a propellor, wings, and tail to a manure spreader and display it as a "Crap Sprayer". My dad is just getting on the internet and anxious to get on this forum so I hope you will all make him welcome when he shows up.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead!
