You might have a few micro amps which is all you tested. At heavy draw it will be a different story. You would need to test with a serious, heavy draw tester, which we usually don't have access to. The corrosion on the cables resists high amp draw, but it will allow low amps to pass through. After trying to start it, check if any of the connections are warm, a dead giveaway of high resistance in a cable. How old are the batteries? It's kind of a toss-up, 50-50 it will be a bad cable/connection, or a bad battery. I'd take the batteries to a shop & have them tested. I hear it is best to replace both at the same time, even if one would still test good. They work better if they are matched up. --->Paul
