AS b&d remarked, these don"t seem to have a good reputation, altho postings do differ wildly, from pure junk to perfectly happy... I assume it didn"t come from an established store; posts say it"s sold thru various outlets, incl Sears and Sam"s Club, probably Outdoor/Farm/Ag stores and online, under various names in addition to yours.. Google JD-Tek and numerous posts will come up; there should be some stores in your area that handle the line under one of it"s names.
