I had some thing like that happen to me on an old D7 cable blade dozer. I was loading it on a trailer that it barley fit on i was in a medium iidle as the ramps were steep. I had an angle blade on the thing and as i got to the top and front of the trailers neck my hand clutch broke off at the pivot point well the steel tracks on a steel deck and the angled blade hittin the gooseneck made a nice side unload. It just through the whole unit over. I flattened a Bluegrass lawn tractor that was parked beside the lowboy.
