I have a 4" manual feed PATU for my 20 HP JD750, works great.

If you want to go bigger, or hydraulic feed, you'll need more HP. PATU and Valby are big names up here, there are others. My PATU was about $2400, the big Valby's with hydraulic feed can go upwards of $7000 pretty quickly.
