We would put about 220K on drive tires then have them capped and run them another 150K or so on the trailers, for East-Coast running, or "Single" drivers.. We would run from Cincinnati to San Bernadino and return to Cincinnati, stopping for truck wash in Tucumcari, out to eat while trailer was unloaded and re-loaded...36 1/2 Hrs out and 35 1/2 Hrs back.. 4,200 miles in 72 hrs was normal every week..plus a trip to painesville, Ohio, or Cranberry, NY. Always wanted to cross Needles at night, if all went well...!! Always 80,000 gross..on the California run..

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
