I was combining beans next to our pasture with an electric fence around it. The electric fence went around the pasture on three sides and a woven wire fence was on the fourth side. Neighbor was combining beans across the woven wire fence and stopped to talk. He climbed the woven wire fence and walked across the pasture to where I was unloading the beans into a wagon. When he got to the electric fence that was between him and me he pushed the wire down with both hands so he could swing his leg over it. Now it was very obvious this was an electric fence, with bright red insulators on the posts and he was a middle aged farmer who should have noticed. He was bit pretty hard when he pushed down on the wire, and started dancing around and shaking his hands, and then he cussed me out for not warning him about the charged fence.
