Thanks for the nice comments about the pics. They are for the enjoyment of everyone on here and myself thats all. Never would have thought that we would be picking corn after thanksgiving much less untill the 5th of december. I heard the peoria farm show was a bit of a ghost town since everyone was still in the field. Had about a inch of snow last night and it looked like everyone with corn to harvest was out and trying to do as much as possible before the weather changes. I am SOOOOOO happy to be done as the thoughts of watching a blizzard hit my corn fields would have been unbearable. Really do feel for all the guys still harvesting. I wont have time to put up snowfence before the storm hits so you better find a good snow shovel. Was busy tonight and will be busy tomorrow getting things sqaured away so the cattle will be ok for a couple days if it is really bad. I'm not anywhere near ready to deal with 6 inches of snow and 2 days of 30-40 mph wind only to be followed by near zero temps but why should anything about 2009 be easy? bill
