Oops! I read that comment about "205" and thought you were talkin bout price. Sorry about that. We got around 150 bushels per acre. Not the best but it is southern ohio and on ground that has been abused for years. We had a visit from the lady that owned it from 1951 to 1991 when the guy we bought it from owned it. She told us that after her first husband passed away soon after they moved here, the farm was pretty much rented till 1991. After that it was abused even more (as evidenced from all the swamps, deep ditches, and overgrown fencerows). I have faith that it will be a great farm though with the right respect and attention.
