There is still only so many watts of power from a turbine 7ft in diameter. 100W at 10m/s, sure if you live in a mountain canyon wind funnel. Typical average power is going to be 10W to 30W average depending on your location. Makes more sense as dragging a ground driven generator behind an electric car.Not a whole lot more sense however.
